yay
I've been wondering what you've been doing since "the Snap"
Much like the character in this cartoon, I too, have stabbed myself with a paintbrush.
It hurt like a bitch.
Voted 5.

collabs like this are a good idea.
it helps people practice some of the basic things that makes cartoons tick.
Of all of them I'd say I was most pleased with Burningbunnies, McJesus, and MasterSwirdsman. All three made good stuff that moved smoothly and were composed with traditional animation values.
BurningBunnies also seems to have a good sense of style in his.
i fully support more of these sorts of collabs being made.
Yeah, Burningbunnies was a nice entry ;)
hooray!
As a fellow toy soldier, I couldnt help but feel my eyes growing moist and misty and such a great presentation of love for Doctor P.W. Steel.
I recall the first time I saw a Dr.Steel cartoon was on AlbinoBlackSheep. Also, made by you!
I like the chopped photo limited animation style in this.
thumbs up.
Thanks Zeke! I am glad you liked it! I dropped the link onto abs forums but it seems slow in getting any kind of response. Oh well, we soldiers are nothing if not patient! Thanks again!
SIR I APOLOGIZE
BUT I HATED THIS BECAUSE IT IS SHORT AND HAS NO STORY
naw I'm kidding.
Ignore the people whining about plot. The title of this entry alone "animation exercises" should be an obvious clue as to the content. They cant just enjoy something. They need 10000 layers of plot and character development to get joy out of something.
Either way this was neat. Hand-drawn animation, flash, and even stop-motion.
I think I liked the flash animated banana the most. It moved swell.
Technically, the most impressive part was the walk cycle, cause those are always tricky to do.
good luck in animation school.
wow
things i learned from this cartoon:
- stuff
- Killers music with the pitch changed to a higher octave is very frightening
- more stuff
Yeah I think that about covers it
good luck!
It's bad luck to say "good luck" on opening night
Once it's said, you are dead
You will get the worst reviews
You've ever read!
Now I'll never say "good luck" on opening night
That's the rule, I'm no fool!
What do I say, I beg?
I'll just say Break a Leg!
I hope this cartoon does well!
I HOPE IT DOES WELL TFUCK YOU!
lmfao
This makes me laugh each time I watch it. It's like that turd from months ago that featured dancing goatse creature.
The combination of the duck with the jalopy, and dr.livingston outfit, and the 1920's jungle movie music just comes together so well here.
It really does.
yey
great great great
When I saw the icon for this, I thought it was some sort of philosophical full color cartoon.
But it was instead a silly cartoon with a beautiful sequence of trippy colors and cool effects, followed by a quick laugh and a moral.
It's interesting how the bullet 'evolved' going from a dot, to a drawing, to a shaded drawing to a fully inked drawing. Neat ripple effects on the light source on the bullet as well. I imagine that must have been tedious to do.
Looks great though.
YOU GET A BIG FAT 5
