i too am surprised it took less than a day for the scouting system to fail. i thought for sure it would have been more secluded for at least a few days. i can't tell if the leak was due to friendships or somewhat good artists actually thinking a line drawing of sonic was amazing enough :(

Anyway,
FACTEUR MINEUR is amazing. I'm buying it even if the whole thing's in French without subtitles. There're like 2 other trailers for it, but they're all pretty much the same.
And A Kiss From Tokyo was nice. Maybe it was because of the effects; that fire effect blew my mind. They probably burned a piece of paper and I'm an idiot but I still think it's cool.
If newgrounds never had any art portal until now, it's because they knew it would be crawling under immature crap. They could only know by looking at the average age of the members. They'll probably find a way to garner money thanks to the portal and will use it as an excuse to have even created it. Champagne.

I bet if people drew from the world around them, humbly, in isolation, on their own with a mental feedback loop of personal creed, and then there in were to create a unique style with their talents, we wouldn't have this issue.
