Watched Printer Jam when it was linked in IRC, liked it, thought the animation was lazy, lots of boring back and forth motion. A printer is a very complex thing, I think it would've benefited from more real footage/animation of the interior workings. I know I never shut up about THE EEL but the little wave-plotting printer at the beginning is what pulls it all together. A printer has serious capability to be sinister and Printer Jam doesn't exploit it.

Popeye is still my favorite cartoon character. His hilarious waddle and his indescribable voice and the spinach and the duurrr

bambi meets godzilla was hilarious, saw the ending coming, but it was even more abrupt than I had thought

a casual home printer really isnt

its basically two metal rods that hold paper in a tray in midair while a little black tube poops letters and colors onto the paper to replicate an image in the printer's tiny easily confused virtual memory

now if we're talking about printer/scanners or printer/fax machines, then we've entered a whole other world of complexities

yeah its insane. alot of old looney toons also usually only have 2-4 artists working on them. its insane what they accomplished. and how much they MADE in that time period.
