hmm

you asked for criticism so here it is:

a) there was no backround
b) there was music but no voices. you can easily get a cheap mic. or have a friend record voices for you.
c) your character has no face. its just a bunch of circles
d) all the animation in this was motion tweens. which is silly and wastes time. especially considering your character only did only made two motions: getting up to the table, and picking up the chicken. both of which would have looked better with some traditional animation.

other than that, not bad.

Thanks. I didnt have time for voice acting at 4 am, but hey! I like things quick and simple when it comes to making an animation quick.
Tweens aren't bad. They're just there for lazy animators. (Like myself) : D

that shot when frosty turned his head and his eye was drizzling out of his face was horrifying and great.

The shading in this was great.

Maybe I'm wrong, but i think you put the shading on its own layer, made it a movieclip, and then set it to affect the colors underneath?

I take it a step further, I make each frame a movieclip, then select all and add effects in one shot, this keeps it from lagging and you can see the animation in the timeline.
