I couldnt care less about the plot of this cause it was all scifi mess that made me have to use my brain AND I HATE USING MY BRAIN

Good 3d cel shaded animation on the fight scene. I'm sure most people will think its hand drawn, even though it isn't
Good choreography though.

This reminded me rather alot of MegaMan.

Seriously though, never ever make a cartoon character a bunch of pieces and tween them around.
It never looks good. Ever ever.

And tweens also make the file size bigger.

Good graphics.
Cute art style.
An unfamiliar concept that isn't too alien to most.
And a walking hand as a main character.
You have a good sense of color and design. Almost no gradients used, which is good. Filters were used sparingly. And it wasn't slow or boring. Short though.

I suppose, the only thing I'd suggest, is if you're going to rotoscope, dont trace the video exactly. Use it more as a guide. That silhouette was so obviously traced and its framerate didnt match with the rest of the film.

Other than that, enchanting.
