i am back from my trip

i will probably write a nice full-length story about all the shit i did in my other emo blogger blog.

in unrelated news:

egg-in-a-basket continues to be perhaps one of the best ways to cook eggs. or for that, matter, make toast. toast just tastes better (especially buttered toast) when it's been toasted in a pan as opposed to bombarded with microwaves.

i like my egg-in-a-basket with lots and lots of salt and the yolk still soft (but not entirely runny).
How about you?

I just had some egg-in-a-basket for breakfast today. The moment i sliced a piece off that toast and put it in my mouth, i nearly cried in joy. That was the yummiest breakfast ive ever had next to eggs and spam. So amazing. I was amazed how something that simple would taste so good. Just wow.

I screwed up the first one though, it was stuck dry on the pan and it ruined all the yolk that it turned into scrambled egg bits. Then another try. Buttered bread slices on a fairly butterfilled pan. Cut out the middle part and had the egg in it. Fancy that! The egg has become the soft middle part of the bread slice like some sort of a filling. And because i buttered the both sides of the bread slice, the whole thing turned toasty and delicious. Yes, i thought i was about to have a dry piece of bread with "just some egg in it", but never realized before i started digesting it that it has its unique crisp taste while it still can be consumed in a joyful manner. It has its crisp on the outside, while it maintains its soft buttertaste on the inside. And with the egg in the center of the toast, this breakfast dish serves perfectly as a marvelous way of starting off the day with. If you want a simple breakfast that really brings out the scrumptious feeling in you, egg-in-a-basket will fit your breakfast days. And oh, not to forget about having some salt and pepper on it.

I enjoyed the breakfast so much, that i prepared another one for my bro, and he loved it too. Thank you ZekeySpaceyLizard! From now on we will have egg-in-a-basket every day. You have changed our lives forever.
